It is dependant on the floral arrangement:
For tall and large arrangements, as long as you return the vase with no damage you do not need to pay for these vases. For small floral pieces,  customers usually keep the vases with the flowers and are charged for the vases kept.

Yes, absolutely! However, there will be a test fee associated.

It usually takes no more than 2 hours. I plan and bring the number of staff needed to not to exceed that time.
